The Bulletin

The weekly Bulletin is the changelog: every verified change to the registry — what changed, in which jurisdiction, since when, with the source attached — rolled up once a week. No commentary padding, no introduced-bill noise, no “5 things every therapist must know.”

If nothing verified changed, the Bulletin says so. That is also information.

Signup opens with Issue #1. The registry is being built and sourced now; the first issue ships when the first entries do. Until then, the changelog is public and this page is the only announcement channel.
